Frequently Asked Questions: Shopping

  • How soon will I get my order?

  • We process orders within 48 hours of their receipt.  Actual shipping times vary. For large appliances, Clothes Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Tankless Water Heaters and Dishwashers, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.  For all other products, shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days.


  • What is your returns policy?

  • Returns for any reason are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in original packaging in resalable condition. Returns should be shipped to the address noted below:

    Please include a note that indicates your order number (found on the packing slip), the reason for the return, and the desired disposition (i.e., refund, exchange, credit).

    DEFECTIVE GOODS
    Nexus ENERGYguide honors manufacturers' warranties during the first year of the warranty. When customers receive defective merchandise (or when merchandise fails within the warranty period) Nexus will issue a prepaid return address label for return of the merchandise. Customers with merchandise that fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after a year from the purchase date will be referred to the manufacturer for resolution.

    NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS
    Customers are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition. Customers should insure the shipment before forwarding to Nexus. A credit or exchange will be issued to the customer through the same payment method the customer used to pay for the order (i.e., returns for credit card orders will be credited to the card). Credits for non-defective products will only be issued within 30 days, after that the product would be exchanged. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective products.

    DAMAGED GOODS
    When products are received in a damaged condition customers should report the problem to Nexus ENERGYguide (800-772-4725) so they may report the claim to the freight carrier. The freight carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address so all packaging should be kept. Nexus ENERGYguide may or may not request return of the damaged goods. Freight charges will be paid by Nexus ENERGYguide for reshipments and returns associated with goods damaged during shipment.
